By volume, mostly — how much of the truck it fills — plus labor if things need carrying up stairs or taking apart, and disposal fees on certain items. Text a photo of the pile or the room. That's usually all we need to give you a number.
No. That's the whole point of hiring it out. Point at it from the doorway and we'll do the carrying.
Household hazardous waste — paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos. Ask about tires, propane tanks, and anything unusual and we'll tell you straight whether we can move it.
Often yes, if we can get access and we've agreed on the scope. Plenty of clean outs get handled with the customer at their job.
